Dreaming
we are the light
00:00 / 00:29
This is a new masculinity affirmation ceremony. For Black boys turning 16. It's a mulitigenerational circle of learning, love, joy, and growth. It's about the boy you are, and the man you're becoming at 16. For the men, it's about the boy your were and the man you became. This is 'THE DREAMING CEREMONY'

Peace, I was sent Esther's keynote https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjQLPpFeF6E&t=218s and love the affirming language in her presentation. I run a podcast and facilitate workshops with and for men and boys in South Africa, I'm in agreement with almost everything she mentioned and would love to join the community.

This was a beautiful moment ❤️ shared between two beautiful humans. Thank you for opening this door to helping, healing, and love for our black men.
That was a really great moment captured on video. I imagine it is a gateway towards deepening connection between Rasheed and Buddha. I cherish having cultivated some special relationships with older and younger men in my life where moments similar to this exist. PS-I went to elementary school with Rasheed who was THE smallest boy in our classes regularly. RESPECT IN EVERY WAY, brother!
